From Walltown to Black Wall Street

For the last 13 years, Urban Hope has been raising up generations of young heroes from Walltown to Black Wall Street through entrepreneurship and financial literacy initiatives in our annual summer camp. Located in the Walltown neighborhood of Durham, NC, the camp serves 30-40 youth and runs for 6 weeks (M-F, 8am-4pm, same kids all summer). It is a safe place where kids develop a positive identity and good friendships, gain valuable knowledge and skills, and learn how to contribute to their community.
