What: The 2nd Annual Urban Hope Pancake Breakfast

Date: Sunday, June 5, 2016

Time: 8am-9:30am

Location: Asbury United Methodist Church, 806 Clarendon Street, Durham, NC 27705 (in the Fellowship Hall)

Cost: Plates are $5 and include pancakes, sausage, eggs, juice, and coffee. All proceeds will go towards the UH2016 Summer Camp.

Inside Scoop: After enjoying an amazing pancake breakfast, stick around for the 11am worship to hear the magnificent sounds of the Raising Voices Choir from Walltown Children's Theatre.

Launched in 2004, the Urban Hope Summer Camp is where kids become young heroes! Each summer the camp hosts 30-40 youth, who are rising 5th thru 10th graders, engaging them in a variety of fun developmental activities focused on eight core areas:Spiritual Formation, Academic Enrichment, Leadership Development, Entrepreneurship & Financial Literacy, Civic & Community Engagement, Health & Recreation, Science & Technology, and Cultural Arts.
